The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

Hi, This query is regarding new Aadhar applied on 29/10/nnn7. We got a message mentioned that your Aadhaar is generated and will be send through post and you can download via online. Our Enrollment is nnn3/nnn16/nnn46 taken on 29/10/nnn7. we have entered enrollment id,date,time,Name, and tried to download through online but the OTP is not coming to our registered mobile. we are getting message as Invalid Aadhaar. Hello, I am from Borivali and have been trying to search for a working Aadhaar Card center. Unfortunately, not a single one listed above under Borivali area is working. I tried calling Canara bank, Syndicate bank and other banks. The numbers are either not available or never answered or the Aadhaar card machine has a problem. Dear Sir/Madam, My name is DEBASISH CHAKRABORTY, I did my initial Adhar Card registration in the year nnn3 as per the details given below, Enrolment No : nnn7/nnn38/nnn34 Date : 26/08/nnn3 Time : 16:00:40 I have not received my Adhar Card for this registration even though it says I am registered with the above details. Since this document identity is mandatory for most of the government work or applications I tried again to register myself in nnn6 with the below details, Enrolment No : nnn6/nnn20/nnn90 Date : 25/10/nnn6 Time : 17:26:28 However the information given to me with this registration was that I already have Adhar registration in the system so it will not accept my enrolment again. So I have to get the card with the initial registration done in the year nnn3. Kindly guide me how to get my Adhar Card.
