AADHAAR Card for NRIs and Foreigners

AADHAAR card is available free of cost to all citizen and residents of India, including NRIs and resident foreign nationals, regardless of the their citizenship. The procedure and document requirements for NRIs and Foreigners are same, as for any other resident of India. If any NRI or a Foreigner wish to apply for the AADHAAR card, they have to be physically present at any of the AADHAAR card center in India.

Hi, Can you clarify the process of how can a foreign passport holder, but with OCI card and with a bank account in India, can go about obtaining an Aadhar card? The bank is asking for an Aadhar card. The person is not an Indian resident and does not have any Indian residence proof. But has an Indian PAN card and and OCI card. Please advise what documentation can be provided to get an Aadhar card for him. thanks

Hi I am a citizen of New Zealand and have an OCI Card of India I have not been to India for a very long time, but I do have an apartment in India which I have given on rent.
