AADHAAR Card for NRIs and Foreigners

AADHAAR card is available free of cost to all citizen and residents of India, including NRIs and resident foreign nationals, regardless of the their citizenship. The procedure and document requirements for NRIs and Foreigners are same, as for any other resident of India. If any NRI or a Foreigner wish to apply for the AADHAAR card, they have to be physically present at any of the AADHAAR card center in India.

Dear Sir, I was born in India.Both my parents were born in India. I have obtained USA citizenship. My Wife also was born in India and obtained USA Citizenship. At the time of marriage and my birth of my children, we were having Indian Citizenship. We have relations, some land in India.We visit India every one or two years. Hi, I have an aadhar card number associated to a mobile number from India. Currently I am in US and do not have access to that number that was registered with Aadhar number. I am trying to do my Income tax filing and it is asking for an EVC for which a test message is being sent to old number. Hi , I have aadhar card since nnn5 when I was Indian Citizen. Now since Marnnn7, I am US Citizen. I have US Court order for name change and applied for OCI card and got that as well.
