The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

I could not find any Aadhar centers in and around Malleshwaram, there is only Bangalore One centre in Srirampuram where I have enrolled for Aadhar card for my in-law before 2 months and when i check for status with register number I am getting invalid register number. My relative has updated her name in her Aadhaar card, to link 'Pan no. with Aadhaar no.' through her Aadhaar register mobile by OTP. It has been corrected. But during that time her date of birth(DOB) has been changed, which was mentioned as 'Year Of Birth' in her Aadhaar card. After that she has made another update request through 'Aadhar Enrollment Centre' with bio-metrics. But till date, update status is showing that 'This enrollment is under manual check..' She need her Aadhaar card to link with her PAN card, file it return etc. can u help her!

My brother's aadhar card has been lost along with the receipt provided at that time. Only thing he has with him now is his aadhar number. I would highly appreciate if you can help us in this regard by guiding through the process to obtain new/duplicate aadhar card. In this situation we are unable to know where to ask for help.
