The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

Subject: Correction of Pin Code For Village Wandli. Dear Sir, I am residence of Wandli village. I just find that of my Village's pin code wrongly given in your database. When I am going to update my address detail, I shocked that I didn't find my village in given list while putting pin code- nnnnnn which is correct from many year. After I searched it by using different pin code, I find my Village in nnnnnn but this is not correct, because my village surrounded by other villages whose pin code is nnnnnn that is correct. I would highly appreciate if you can help us in this regard by guiding through the process to obtain new/duplicate aadhar card. Hi there, I am from Mira Road near Mumbai. I need to have an Aadhaar Card of my cousin sister Nandini. She is now an orphan from Kolkata and is mentally handicapped / retarded from birth. She was born in Mumbai so I have her original Birth Certificate as her age proof. However for her residence proof, I only have the Xerox copy of her Kolkata based residence's Ration Card. I do not have her Original Ration Card with me. I will soon be getting her Disability Certificate from our Mira Road based Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Institute. It's mentioned in the Aadaar site that for a handicapped person, a Disability Certificate issued by the hospital acts as a residential proof. I am British Indian, I hold a PAN Card and currently now in UK but my parents are Indian, as per the latest information we need to link our Aadhaar Card to our Indian Bank account, I have not applied for my Aadhaar Card.
