Hello Sir, My daughter's Aadhar Number is nnnnnnnnnnnn21 05/09/nnn1 10:45:58, She was with my brother in Hyderabad, He was guardian for her education since I was shifted to Bangalore. Unfortunately, when she was enrolled under father's name and mother's name Guardian's name was filled. I was not aware that she was already enrolled. I kept applying for new Aadhar card and it was being rejected. I sent email to help@uidai.gov.in They confirmed me that there is an enrollment under my daughter's Name, they provided all details.
