AADHAAR Card for NRIs and Foreigners

AADHAAR card is available free of cost to all citizen and residents of India, including NRIs and resident foreign nationals, regardless of the their citizenship. The procedure and document requirements for NRIs and Foreigners are same, as for any other resident of India. If any NRI or a Foreigner wish to apply for the AADHAAR card, they have to be physically present at any of the AADHAAR card center in India.

Dear sir/madam I am a nepali citizen and i am staying here from last 15 month in andra Pradesh. I applied for adhar card in 8/8/nnn3 visiting nearest adhar centre but till now i didn't get my adhar card. Before 10 days i receive call from local MDRO office and i went to their and they ask something about me and told me to make a resident proof from local, But i already submitted my residence proof according to UIDAI standard And if i go to make a resident proof from local so they ask some documents but i am foregin citizens, I have no local document Please address my problem and solve Please help me
