AADHAAR Card Lost / Misplaced? Get Duplicate AADHAAR Card

Do not panic, if you have lost / misplaced your AADHAAR card. If you have the AADHAAR number and/or AADHAAR card acknowledgement slip that was given to you at the time of registration, you can download duplicate AADHAAR card copy online. The duplicate AADHAAR card has same validity as the original one. To download duplicate AADHAAR card copy online, click here: Download duplicate AADHAAR card copy online.

If you DO NOT know your AADHAAR number and DO NOT have the acknowledgement slip that was given to you at the time of registration, follow the instructions below to TRY and get duplicate AADHAAR card.

If you have lost your AADHAR card Enrollment ID and don't know your AADHAR number, you can get the AADHAR card by following these steps below:

  1. Go to https://resident.uidai.gov.in/find-uid-eid
  2. Select appropriate option, "Aadhaar No (UID)" OR "Enrolment No (EID)", under "You want to receive your lost:"
  3. Enter your full name
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Enter your registered Mobile Number
  6. Enter the security code as displayed and click on "Get OTP" button
  7. One Time Password (OTP) will be delivered to your mobile and/or email address
  8. In the box below, enter the OTP you just received on your mobile and/or email address
  9. Click on "Verify OTP"
  10. Now you will receive a message on your mobile with your AADHAR card number or Enrollment Id as you selected in Step 2 above
  11. Now go to https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/
  12. Select appropriate option, "Enrollment Id" OR "Aadhaar", under "I have:"
  13. Enter your AADHAR card number or Enrollment Id, full name, Pin Code, security text and mobile number
  14. Click on "Get OTP"
  15. One Time Password (OTP) will be delivered to your mobile and/or email address
  16. Enter the OTP you just received on your mobile in the "Enter OTP" box and click on "Validate and Download"
  17. Now you have downloaded your e-Aadhar card. Enter your Pin Code as the password when you open the PDF document
  18. You now have your e-AADHAR card, which you can print out
Contact UIDAI through toll free number and try and find out your AADHAAR card information by providing them your demographic information such as your name, address, date of birth, phone no., etc. To get UIDAI contact details, click here: AADHAAR Card Contact Number, Email and Address.

Call the toll free number and talk to the UIDAI representative about your lost card. They will assist you with sending a duplicate AADHAAR card at your registered postal address, to your registered email id and also can SMS you the AADHAAR number details to your registered phone number.

If you are unable to contact UIDAI over the phone / email, you may also contact your nearby AADHAAR card regional office regarding your lost card. However if you have lost your AADHAAR card enrollment slip, getting duplicate AADHAAR card may be a bit difficult, as there is no online system in place at the moment to get duplicate AADHAAR card without AADHAAR card enrollment slip. Leave out this suspicuos site. it is very difficult to find aadhaar card by name. all bogus sites are provided alongwith useless ads. Please provide clearcut site to find aadhaar status, aadhaar card, lost aaddhaar card directly instead of searching different options. stop all remaining sites. Why we are made to confuse while we need any information. I hate the system which consumes us money without our permission. So get us one proper site rather than showing numerous sites.
