The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

Sir I registered for aadhaar card about 3 years back. The Enrollment aadhaar card. is nnn8/nnn89/nnn93 23/08/nnn1 11:15:58 Since last 3 years it is shown under generation on internet. I sent more than 50 emails to the aadhaar people but they have aadhaar cardt taken any cognizance. Last month I stood in a line for 2 hrs and tried to register again. But it is shown as rejected. My leg has been operated and I am nearing 60 yrs. Those people do aadhaar cardt have a courtesy to offer a seat or have aaadhar cardther Que for senior disabled people. EID nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn  nnnnnn HAS BEEN REJECTED BECAUSE OF DUPLICATE -Yes  i HAD applied at Chandigarh (UT)  + 1 1/2 year back for the first time, I received aadhaar card feedback,  I thought it has been lost , it was again beginning of this year I applied at Panchkulla HARYANA -Chandigarh (I was residing here),  this time I have been told -Because of duplicate application my documents have been rejected, Please help me.
