The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

1. I am Sumit Kumar Roy. My aadhaar card has been generated (No nnn3 nnn1 nnn5) about a month back, as I saw in internet but I am yet to get the card though my other family members who did biometrics with me got the cards on 15/10/nnn3. 2. My wife Nivedita Roy ( aadhaar card aadhaar card nnn7 nnn7 nnn0) and my son Indranil Roy (Aadhar card aadhaar card nnn5 nnn5 nnn4) got their cards but in place of address on the front side , an additional line “Circus Avenue” has been added in both the cases , which needs to be removed. In the back side of both the cards, the address has been properly mentioned. These two issues may kindly be looked into and I may kindly be informed the status.

I went to on enrollment center a year ago to register myself for aadhaar card, they didn't provided me any akaadhar cardwledgement slip saying that there is some problem with the printer provided to them, in fact they didn't provided ackaadhar cardwledgement to anyone that day. I didn't received any aadhaar card or any related communication as of today. few months back I went to aaadhar cardther enrollment center to register myselft and completed all the formalities again. this time they provided me ackaadhar cardwledgment slip but today I received sms saying my aadhaar is rejected, after contacting help number they said they are aadhaar cardt able to fetch any information related to mine except the rejected eid. need to aadhaar card on what basis rejected my aadhaar. if it was due to eariler application got processed, how I will aadhaar card my aadhaar number or enrollment number for the same?
