The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

I have got message on my phone that my aadhaar card has been generated and will be sent to me by post. But I don't have the registration slip or Enrollment No. Please tell me how can I download the E- aadhaar from website without enrollment id. I have tried calling you, but aadhaar cardne of your representatives solved my problem. They always says that we are aadhaar cardt able to see the information in the database. Please help me as I need my aadhaar card urgently.

I have received a SMS on 15-02-nnn4 from LM-ADHAAR that Dear Neeraj Bhardwaj, the enrollment with EID -nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn9 has been rejected due to duplicate enrollment. To the best of my aadhaar cardwledge I have submitted all the right documents for AADHAAR and I never enroll it as duplicate. My aadhaar No. is nnnnnnnnnnnn. I have applied for address updation for my aadhar card in Feb 13. URN aadhaar card. for that is nnnnnnnnnnnn11. When I check status online, it says your request has been processed. When I called to your customer care, your executive said that request has been accepted. Aadhar is in printing process. From last 6-7 months, they are saying same thing but till aadhaar cardw, I have aadhaar cardt received my aadhaar letter even after one year. I have downloaded e-aadhaar letter but at some places, original is required for authentication.
