The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

My son Rahul Kataria got his Adhaar issued in nnn1-12 and has misplaced it. On checking with Adhaar site it responds that given his name and address data, his cell no or email ID is not there in records. He is temporarily stationed at London and needs to link his PAN card with Adhaar. What is the way out. Even Adhaar card number is not known He being in London at least till May nnn1 cannot visit any office in India and Income Tax department is issuing reminders that linking of Pan Card with Adhaar is mandatory.

sir, my village+Post is Maithna Jagatpur Distt.- Bulandshashr UP my village PIN code has been change from nnnnnn to nnnnnn from last many years back but still new PIN code not updated in UIDAI portal. when I go for open new bank account in SBI Bank, account can not be opened because old PIN aadhar not accepted by bank. so pl. update UIDAI portal as per my village new Pin code so that we can update my aadhar card. it very urgent matter for me. pl. help us ASAP.
