All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

I am unable to download e adhar card of my father.my father didnot receive his adhar card by post.after that i have decided that i can download online by enrollment slip.but there is a issue that at the time of registration my father didnt gave his mobile number and email id becoz of that i am unable to download e adhar card.kindly provide me solution for that as soon as possible.i have only enrollment id and at the place of mobile number at enrollment slip not given is mention.kindly help me.
