The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

Beena is a maid in my house. She is originally from Nepal but has been brought up in Bengaluru. She speaks Kannada fluently but has none of the documents that is required as proof. I have called the customer care no. numerous times. After going through lot of IVR instruction when I choose to talk with executive, the call is being disconnected. I am not sure whether this is being done purposefully but same thing is happening all the time and its very irritating
