The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

Dear Aadhar Card Team, I had updated address & e-mail id of my child (Mast. Daksh P. Sanil, 6 Year) through online 3 times in Aadhar Card site, but it is been rejected all the time. Sir/Ma'am, I am the brother of Soumyajit Basak. He is a handicapped child (DOB: 26/08/nnn9). We have made his Aadhar Card but somehow misplaced it. To recover it back online we need to give a registered email id or a mobile number. We are not able to remember the mobile number that we registered his aadhar with. We tried all the available mobile numbers but there is a query error occurring at the site with these details. Since the enrolment ID's of all our family members were sequential we could deduce that his enrolment ID is nnn0/nnn12/nnn16 but again, we don't remember the timestamp. We can give you the necessary details that we had submitted in his name during the registration but need his Aadhar details to get his Disability certificate and concession certificate made.
