The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

I lost my Adhaar card and I forgot my Adhaar number too. I don't have enrollment number too and I don't have that mobile number too. Now how I can access and get duplicate Adhaar card?Can I go to local Adhaar centre and verify my fingerprint there so that I can get my duplicate Adhaar card?

Sir/Madam, I have been trying to find a way to get update/change the registered mobile number with my Aadhaar No.nnnnnnnnnnnn from previous no.nnnnnnnnn to nnnnnnnnn8 by following every direction cited in Aadhaar online sites for the public but could not fulfill the task to the greatest of frustration. On account of the same, I'm unable to link my Aadhaar number with my bank A/c. which is mandatory in accordance to prevalent KYC procedures and having to face immense hardship at all critical junctures putting me in a position where these difficulties will escaling further in the future when the specified need arises on a priority basis. I, therefore, humbly beg to request you to return a suitable reply in context to resolving the above issue and point out the directions for processing of the extremely urgent task at the earliest so that it may prevent further suffering to myself in the event of a similar need arises in the near future. I will forever be most grateful to you for the same.

As i have to be done correction of my addhar card twice becoz of incorrect database of addhar department as earlier nnnnnn pin code was available in data base only inspite of option nnnnnn and after recorrection done now there is a fault in data base again with post office address in drop down menu box is showing talab tillo as talib Tillo,which is totally incorrect.Pls correct database as Talab Tillo Bohri inspite of talib Tillo
