The UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for the residents, registrars and enrollment agencies of India. All enrolling residents are given a printed acknowledgement form with a unique Enrollment Number. Residents can enquire about their enrollment status through any of the below communication channel of the contact centre.

I am a 80 year old pentioner.i worked till retirement with my parents cast as BHAGWATI REHANI. I made my aadhar card on my husband cast , BHAGWATI DHINGRA.. and there is no problem in getting family pention. Respected Sir/ Madam, Please refer to my complaint No. nnnnnnnnnnnn41 on UIDAI Website with below-mentioned problems. My village name and Pin code are not matching. My village (BENGITANGI) actual pin code is nnnnnn, but on Aadhaar database it is stored as nnnnnn. To cater this we put village name in the row meant for Street address. Another village (viz. Jagannathpur) is being put against my village name to cater for the Pin code. The same can be cross-examined by seeing me and my father's Aadhaar card with the different Pin codes. I request you to make necessary correction and put my village name under Pin code nnnnnn so that we can update our village code under right pin code. Sir, please do the needful.
