I don't know how the other centers are operating but in the SBI bank center in Rangia I have seen the most unprofessional rude behavior towards the public... They have no que system, people have been coming for days since early morning and only those who jumps around, pushes others can submit forms and the ones who can't keep waiting. Initially only 30 people can submit forms but so they return people who keeps waiting , but later the day they keep taking forms from other people. Also they were taking forms from only those who have Bank passbooks, which I don't have. When I questioned them why they can't accept voter ID or passport like other branches, the answer was it's the bank manager's instruction to give preference to their account holder.. therefore they don't accept any other I'd proof other thank bank passbook. My experience in the name of adhaar is nothing but utterly bitter because of the center in Rangia.
