You can ONLY apply for an appointment date online, for select enrollment centers.
To apply AADHAAR card, with / without online appointment, you have to physically go to the AADHAAR card enrollment center.

Online appointment for AADHAAR card Enrollment has been started on a trial basis at selected Enrollment Centers.
Please note that not all AADHAAR card centers have online appointment facility.
If your locality is not listed in the online appointment application website, you will have to apply physically at any neary AADHAAR card center.
You can walkin to any nearby AADHAAR card center, without prior appointment to apply for AADHAAR card.

U are implementing Aadhar card at such high level but u cant have a proper team to issue cards to such a big population of India???? I visited two different centers in Nashik and both places they have a limited seats available for a day... U wanna know how many they do application a day????.... 50 ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you guys serious?!?!?!?!?! Have a good amount of people to work on it and for god sake get this online system available in all the cities so that literate people can atleast help themselves as well as others to avoid such a stupidity form your end!!!!!
